Here are some stories of horses we have helped and letters from new owners where horses have been rehomed. Enjoy!
This is Capone, he was a young Appendix gelding who was dropped off to us un-announced. He was very very thin with dreadful skin. After 3 months rehab and plenty of meds and good food we began to ride him. He was bright and very willing. Capone took to jumping like a duck to water. He was rehomed to an incredible family with 300 acres on the east coast.

Sergeant Pepper was 4 year old 17.2hh standard bred pacer, he was tied to a feed store in the middle of the night as he was no longer useful. The next morning he arrived to us, up side down in the trailer and half starved. When we opened the door of the trailer he was lying down, but reached his head out to eat grass!
Pepper had a huge swolen knee, so bulbous with fluid it was pressing on his other knee. We had the knee drained and cauterized, then wrapped for a few days. After months of care and food we then began riding this gentle giant, who in his young life had only known abuse. He was so sweet and loving, he was eventually placed as a therapy horse.

Norma Jean was an 8 year old beautiful grey TB mare, she had a huge Melanoma the size of an orange under her tail. With Fran & Gina assisting at 10pm at night, we had a sugeon from TN remove this. She now jumps, trails and is loved & happy.

Richard and Eileen were unusual clients, Richard saw one of our horses advertised online but lived too far away to come and see her. The sale was done over the phone and the horse was delivered. Richard loved the big 17hh flashy mare but Eileen was a beginner. They then bought another, quiet quarter horse for her and we sent Terrell down to deliver her and give them both lesson. This the letter we got back;

Pony Tales
William story was a rehoming situation. His owner Donna had rescued this big guy and had him and loved him for4 years but never ridden him. She wanted to him to have a job so he came to us for training and rehoming;

Little Man was a horse that came for rehoming, he was no longer wanted as he was not going to make a barrel horse. He went to a teenager to live happily ever after
Nikki,
I have been meaning to let you know how happy we are with Little Man! He has so much personality and my daughter is so attached to him. When she's not riding him she plays hide and seek with him and rides her bike around the outside of the fence and he runs with her on the inside, it's so cute. Hope all is good with you and will send you a picture of Madi and Little Man. Thanks for a great horse!

Freckles came to us as terrible head shaker, we discovered he had ear mites. This was quickly treated and cured!

Rebel, palomino Morgan gelding;
Hi Nikki, Just wanted to send you an update about the horse I bought from you " Rebel".
He has gained probably a little over 100 lbs and is looking stunning since he shed his light hair. He is a beautiful golden boy!
Now feeling like the young man that he is we have noticed his energy level increase and he is quite the adolescent!
Worked on ground manners and have been trail riding him. Converted him from plow rein to neck rien with a little practice. He is a smart one! We will be going on our first camping trip to the Swaunee River next month.
Also plan to attend a clinic with Tommie Turvey at Liberty Ranch in Brooksville in Sept. Very excited about that!
Thank you for your kindness in finding and saving horses that might have otherwise perished. My sister was dying from cancer when I found Rebel and she passed away a week after I got him. He has been " my therapy".
I am attaching a photo of him so you can see how gorgeous he turned out!
Sincerely, Tana Ellis
